I actually like it a lot Brett. Keep up the good work.
My only gripe is the "resurrection" (the correct spelling ;)) part. You obviously made a spelling mistake. On top of that its too small. Make it a bit larger. :)

I really like this, great job. I just think the logo might look better if it was moved down a bit and made bigger. The top looks cramped. But overall very, very nice.

Where in the world did you get that pic of Samus? I've never seen that before.... was that from E3?

As for the box, it's pretty cool. The logo is very nice. I'm not a big fan of drop shadows on dev logos, though. :D Nice job overall.

It is well done, I like your work, but I need to catch you on your story work. Technically she hasn't defeated Mother Brain yet, the Prime series takes place before Super Metroid.
