logos are too big but it's decent

Well, the logos are ok, but the Wizards logo should be moved to the center, I think. Also, it's a little mess. But besides that, the box looks great. 4/5.
EDIT: One other quick thing you could fix: just type, in small Arial font, Game Experience May Change During Online Play. Put it under the ESRB logo. That's a little touch that will just make it look more official.
EDIT2: I also just thought, that's not necessary for games with content download only. I don't know if you intended this to have online play, or what.
