Anyways, recently watched Lucy on my biology class, and thought that it was really cool. Not exactly correct in scientific terms but it still was an interesting and fun movie, filled with action-packed scenes and good characters. So, yeah, since I really liked the movie, I tried making a box for it. Not really my best box in my opinion, but I'll let you guys be the judge of that. Also, this is apparently my 40th box on this site, which is... cool, I guess. Nah, for real, huge thanks to you guys for liking my stuff throughout this year, it's very appreciated.
Anyways, as always, constructive criticism is welcome, and huge thanks to Paper, Higashi89, Sarashi, HolyFad, lucidhalos, Ulquiorra and TheTombRaider for their help and feedback on the forums, it's greatly appreciated. Also, credit to master_general for his Blu-Ray template and matingsm for the logo that was slightly edited.
good design idea... however i cant fall in love with the execution mainly because the way you adapted the hexagonal pattern looks too "childish" (for lack of a better term) for the movie imo
Thanks for the feedback, Martin! Yeah, I can see what you mean. Don't really have any ideas to make it seem less childish (I can't come up with a better term either lol), what would you suggest I should do to make it look better?
@FrankBedbroken i think the box could benefit from having a more muted blue used instead, and maybe have smaller and more plentiful hexagons with a slight gradient... kind of like this (closest i can get to what I'm trying to say):
This is my favorite from you, great job dude!

Nice job Franco!
While I prefer the multi-hexagon opening on the front that you had in the WiP, this is still amazing.
One of your best!
(Also why would unlocking your full brain capacity give you telekinesis?)

Thanks, Samson! :D (Fuck if I know, ask Luc Besson, lol)

The director himself said it only was an excuse to give Lucy powers, the movie wants to be awesome, not realistic ;P

This has come out really nicely. I'm not sure whether I prefer the front or the back, both are very solid designs. Amazing job, as usual :)
