There's a lot of image quality issues throughout the whole thing. The front is okay but the star is taking up a lot of space and is interfering with the dude's face. The dude is faded towards the bottom and it looks like there's still text from his original image down there too. The logo is pretty choppy and the leaves look weird being such a different art style than the rest of the box. The ESRB is also missing.
The back is difficult for me to judge because it looks like the bottom half is most likely ripped straight off of a website so I'm skeptical on whether he top half is as well. It's okay to use elements from a website but don't just take a screenshot and put it on your box it's really lazy and doesn't even make sense when you have LATEST NEWS and your screenshots labeled as SCREENSHOTS. The Xbox One info on the back looks like Xbox 360 info too and is in really bad quality.

I agree with Steven, I think it's really cool conceptually and stylistically but if you did just rip the back from the website then that's pretty weak man.
