not really a fan of this Satish, sorry. Although the colours scheme fits Arrow. I find the front cover rather boring... I feel you could have done more with the background.
As for the back, everything looks quite distorted. I am not sure if you stretched the pictures in the design or the strong 3d has distorted them but now it looks strange.
You need to work on how you present text. Having just one word on a line, before a new line starts doesn't look nice to read. The text also looks quite jumpy going over and around Oliver's head.
Finally you should have less room between lines And more space between, for example starting a new paragraph or big space under the special features. And less space between special features lines.
