I suggest you download GIMP (basically, the free version of Photoshop) and learn some photo manipulation techniques. Making boxes in Paint with little to no manipulation skill isn't going to get you any likes.

And look WIP-forums - authors of these boxes reads advices of profies and changes to better their works. If you want your boxes go to "Hall of Fame", please, make boxes very well.
