The typography is really chaotic. The renders on the front do not fit together at all.

The back looks good, but I have problems with the front: the character's disposition don't looks natural: Deathstroke is ok, nothing to say about him, but the joker is too big compared to Batman. And this pic' of Batman isn't good at the central place (he is turned on the left). You may try a front just with Batman and Deathstroke (Batman on the right, Deathstroke on the left as you did) ;)
