Best box I've seen from you in a while. The lighting on the front, along with the character layout, is just perfect.

Ahhh yes the skewing looks much better. I love the feel of the front. It flows very well, though I'm not a fan of half naked cat men. The back is nice but I feel the space needs a little something. Maybe a bigger layout over the background, idk. Pretty cool though.

Yea, the back was pretty difficult. I put so much into it, I really had no clue what else to add. I actually put a gamer review at the top but took it away, felt it was a bit unnecessary. The Cat Man is for the ladies ;)

Technically, it's great. The back design is terrific. The use of the glow behind the logo to symbolize the radiant dawn is a nice touch. Unfortunately, I feel like the front is forgettable. Floating characters over a field... I've seen it a dozen times in a dozen different genres, and I'm not going to remember this one. You've done everything correct from a technical standpoint, but it's lacking in passion. It wouldn't convince me to buy the game. If I didn't know what Fire Emblem was, the front wouldn't tell me. It looks more like a JRPG box than a design for a turn-based strategy game. Your back makes that clear, yes, but the front doesn't, and the front has to be what sells the game.

That being said, I love the back design. Spectacular job on that, easily one of your best.

Yea, I can understand why you think that for the front. I didn't really want to do anything spectacular with it. I'm hopefully gonna come up with something great for my next box. Gonna work on it all weekend.
