As far as the box goes, I like the back but front is too blurry. I would have made the emblem more visible so it stands out more.

Nice concept, I think Skyrim would actually work well as a LOTR-esque movie(s).
The back is very nice, no real complaints there, the front unfortunately loses the feeling a little. As woopwoop said, the overlay is a little overbearing. I think it'd be better toned down. Maybe add a border of some kind too just to spruce it up a little?
In any case, it's a good attempt.
