Okay!
The box is very neatly designed. However, there are a few things you might want to keep in mind for future projects.
For instance, the presentation is a bit big, lots of empty space make for less focus on the actual cover.
Besides that, a see-through character in a background may seem dramatic, but is a very obvious design choice.. Try looking around and doing things you haven't seen alot.
Also; proportions. Look at official boxes and look at the size of certain designs. The CD had to be alot bigger, I believe, and the logo could use a size increase as well.
Besides these small tips, I haven't got alot to say.
It's a solid design, and I'm sure you will continue to improve as time progresses.
Front is ok.
Back is too simple. Needs a better background, smaller screenshots (and to ones from BF3) and more professional looking text without obvious drop shadow and glow filters on it.
The whole box needs work. The faded in character on the front is unnecessary, there's too much going on on the right side, and the renders are from MW2. I'm also not a fan of the colors.
The screenshots on the back are boringly presented, as is the text and general layout.
Please view in full! My Modern Warfare 3 box. Definitely different than all the rest :) credit goes to Scorpion Soldier for the logo

I'm not too sure about the front. I want to say it's empty, but I think it looks fine at the same time. Pretty good box man. 7/10

Updated to version 2! Reduced the filters on the front and cleaned up the box some more.

nice front and I like the logo, although I do think the back is sort of plain with the straight white text and space behind it
