For a first, it's fairly good. But as an average boxart, it needs a fair bit of work.
The front cover looks strange with a blurred picture of 2fort and a picture of the team, also you have an Australian OFLC rating on the front, and an American ESRB rating on the back. I do quite like the heavy on the back, sort of looks like he's shooting at the images. Hopefully you can fix some of these things up

I personally like it :) personally I don't like any other rating except ESRB but it's whatever I guess. I think it would look better with an ESRB. Also, change the color of the Valve logo on the front so you can see it clearly

Does it look better with the new logo? I'm still not sure about it...
Will fix the valve logo shortly.
