So, yeah...this is my newest piece of design I cooked up in Photoshop.
I felt like making a Fallout 3 box, since I absolutely love that game. My goal was to make something different by trying to keep away from the green color scheme that seems to be used often for Fallout 3 boxes. There is no synopsis on the back simply because there is not enough space for that. I did not want the back to be cluttered.

Pretty sharp, I like that you used the newer PS3 template.
Another thing, nice back, I like how you used the logo's background for the tagline.

#7, Yeah, I had some trouble coming up with a good looking tagline and finally I decided to edit a logo a bit and use it as a tagline. I liked the end result and decided to keep it.

Crap... I still can't find a good printable version. Don't get me wrong, the box is amazing, but as usual, the ESRB and PSN information is wrong. That's pretty annoying.

#11, Alright, I have tried to fix ESRB and PSN information and now the cover should be correct and hopefully you are able to print it.
As I did the changes on the legal info on the back, I have also changed the back design a bit (added some things, move other things a bit, etc.).
Also, I decided to 3D the cover and add a new presentation.

I know this is kind of nitpicky, but the ESRB is:
-Blood and Gore
-Intense Violence
-Strong Language
-Sexual Themes
-Use of Drugs
Also, there is Add-On Content for PSN. Hope this isn't too much trouble. I'll favorite you and print it either way but try and fix it. :)
