This is far too hard to see, with the Sega Game gear you should stick to simplistic designs, you should really look at all of the effects in your program and see which ones are best if you are going to use the effects that is.

The tile effect is slightly disorientating however I can see what you were going for and it was a good effort so out of 5 I'll give it a 4
