For what it is, it's not bad, but you can tell it's done on MS Paint due to the poor image quality. Try learning Paint.NET or GIMP (FREE Photoshop alternatives) and I'm confident you can do even better. That said, it's a pretty decent first box.
you managed to pull off a nice looking box without photoshop like i used to do. Its a big relief when you finally get photoshop. and once you get photoshop just let the creativity flow.
