Very cool idea, and the artwork is really nice!
The color in specific is very fitting, and I can tell you took your time make sure it was as perfect as you could get it. I really like the overall composition as well.
The body of the scarecrow man is a little off, as the shoulder joints are a bit to thin, and the rope around his waist, if tightened would make the bottom part of his shirt spread out a bit. These are minor things, and really the only thing I can see that needs work drawing wise. Again, the colors are terrific.
