this is no doubt a big improvement from your last box, but a can still see some flaws.
1. its plain, maybe put them on this background.http://media.photobucket.com/image/mario%20background/numerobetically/Mario%20Renders/Mario%20Background/mariobg.png
and throw some goombas and koopas in there.
2. the logo flat out sucks, i say thake the mario words out of that logo and replace it with this. link but you are improving, alot. keep it up. ;)
It's not bad. Think complementary colours though. There is actually nothing wrong with a plain background. Just that Yoshi is green, so a good complementary colour would be red. Or you could try purple. That will make him stand out and make the box epic.

maybee use a real font for Yoshi text, and the DS template is blury. Otherwise it looks nice :)
