I really like this box...a lot. I'm sorry for using the already overused cover image but its the only workable thing for this game.
I kinda went for a "letters to home" sorta thing.

is that guy on the back an actual character from the game? He looks insanely generic... I actually thought he was from Killzone 2 for a second. Is he? Not that I'd expect more from Call of Duty (or even Killzone, for that matter)
That aside, I actually really like what you did to the front, with the text. The logo kinda feels random though. I suggest fitting it in somewhere admist all the text, but make it stand out by having it a bolder colour or something (i.e. white apposed to the rest being black).

You had me with everything you did, but that logo placement on the front killed it for me. The artwork is SO nicely blended and then BAM, a solid white and black "Modern Warfare 2" logo right across the character's chest. :(

I actually thought this'd be something like a collectors edition cover. But I like it anyways, awesome job!

The text effects give the design a really dramatic feel. I like how it came out for sure.
