It's not too bad, I always prefer to see boxes on boxed templates rather than poster style. link
Activision logo is way too small, search harder to find suitable logos, or render them yourself. It's hard, but the payoff is 100 times better. Also the box seems a bit too long. I'd bring that Punisher logo up toward the center of the box, and get that rating logo somewhat beside it.
You're on your way bud, keep it up.
