I like the image you used, but just about everything else is poor on this box :(

It's very difficult, though not impossible to make nice boxes with Microsoft Paint. I'd recommend looking into a better art program if you really want to do this kind of graphic design.

You'd do best to try and cut the Logos out on your next attempt, and also, why all the white space?

Regardless, welcome to the site, and good luck!

#2, Pretty much, one thing he has to do is to get rid of most of the white space if not all of it.

i totally agree with Drakxxx and E_G. I like the image, and i think you should get a different program. Overall, it's not bad, i mean for a first this is average. don't worry, your only gonna get better, and i can't wait to see what you can do after obtaining a different program.

WELCOME TO THE SITE BROTHA!!

i do like this image not many people use this most people overuse the officail front of the box so its good to see some change

you should try looking up Adobe Photoshop CS 2,3 or 4 when it comes out and getting a free trail just to get used to it

also welcome to the site have fun :)

#6, I wouldn't give up so quickly on GIMP, but there is also Paint.NET. There are also a slew of tutorials out there to help you improve. A friend of mine is the same way, he doesn't use his Photoshop because things aren't as simple as MS Paint, but that's the problem. For the added complexity you get a much more powerful and flexible tool. I hope you do find your footing in another such program.
