it needs a background and the logos are covering up teen gohan 2/5

#1 I agree.
the background looks dull being white, The versions of cell don't stand out, and the Cell Jr at the bottom isn't needed. Gohan in the back is literally unnoticeable, so you can scrap him from the box entirely. An atari, or sega, or some company logo should probably be across from the T for teen sign. If you're using Photoshop, try some outer glow layer effects on the cell characters to make them stand out.
