#2, the background is supposed to be blurry and it also was when I got it from the official C&C site. Okay, I kind of agree with you that the soldiers clash with the background, but that 'dude' that covers the logo, is standing there to give the feeling that the logo is '3D'.
One of your best dude, I see a massive improvement from "Xtreme Fighter" lol. Well, here's some critique. The logo, dev logos are nicely placed. The background is nice and I like the blur you made to grab the war feel. The characters are oddly placed though... Move them somewhere else, and if I like the new position, it's a fave from me.
