One disc? Not likely. Unless it's a double layered, double sided DVD.

#2, they did it with the Orange Box. I take it this includes the remakes, but it would still be able to fit them all on.

A typical 360 DVD is 8.3GB
So...
RE1 (Remake) - 2GB (2 discs)
RE2 - 1GB (Claire and Leon)
RE3 - 500MB
RE4 - 2GB (2 discs)
RE Zero - 2GB (2 discs)

All together it is 7.5GB so I guess yeah it'll all fit.
Back to box, front is sleek except for odd placement of logo. Back is bland. Add some texts and effects. Pretty good for a rookie.
