Its not terrible.
The Guitar Hero logo should be alot bigger and placed in the center maybe? Change the Sony logo with an Activision Logo. And did you make that guitar yourself? If you did, its very great work ;)

#2, It kind of is terrible... And no, he didn't make that guitar, it's a third-party GH controller - if he could make something that good, why couldn't he make this box good? No offense, dude, but this is pretty bad. The spine is unnecessary, the logos are all choppy and bad (It looks like you just inverted the GH logo because it had a white background and you couldn't be bothered to cut it out), it wouldn't be M, the picture just STOPS (a big no-no), and the image doesn't fit up with the template.
Classic Paint job. If you're gonna keep using Paint, you need to check out Trev's tutorial and put a lot more time into your boxes, but I'd suggest getting a new program like GIMP or Photoshop.
