If you ever read any of the halo books or played any of the halo games, you would know that master chief could kill samus without a doubt. remember this guy took down a whole convanant fleet, billions of flood and destroyed two halo rings. he was trained since the age of six and had self inserted hormones. at the age of 11 he was a grown man. even though samus has more expirence master cheif has way more technology and guess what? Master chief has the whole UNSC army with him plus the elites! samus only has her ship and the chozo people. maser chief could Explode her whole planet that she is on. master chief would consider here as good as mabye a brute.
