I LOVEloveLOVE the back. The front is alright, but if I'm not mistaken, it's a wallpaper, and the tilted angle looks weird. I love how you do the Ubi logo, though.
#3, Yes it's a wallpaper - but I HATE wallpaper boxes [and I admit, lots of my earlier boxes were] which is why I have to manipulate images that I put on my boxes. The one on the front has areas cut out so i can put a different background on (the guy off the Mantel Corporation on the TV that you see in the trailers) it also has Textures that Overlay the image, Hue/Saturation changes, hexagon tiling, scanlines and even more.
